Migration service privacy
The service processes uploaded database exports only to create the migration package requested by the user.
Processed data
The uploaded SQL file may contain names, contact details and other information entered in the source JoomLeague installation. A source fingerprint, technical migration report and client IP address are processed for security, traceability and abuse prevention.
Storage and retention
Each upload is loaded into an isolated temporary database. The database and its restricted account are deleted when processing ends. Uploaded files, generated packages and in-memory job metadata are automatically deleted within 60 minutes. Downloading a package does not extend this period.
Disclosure and purpose
Uploaded content is not used for analytics, model training or unrelated testing and is not intentionally shared with third parties. Infrastructure logs may contain request metadata but not SQL file contents.
User responsibility
Only upload data you are authorised to process. Download and verify the result before the retention period expires.
